Return Policy
- Items are eligible for a refund within 10 days of package delivery. The only exceptions to this return policy are special orders, DIY orders, custom items, imperfect sales, clearance merchandise and items noted as FINAL SALE.
- All returned products must be sent back unused and in the original packaging and condition in order to obtain a full refund. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, all tags must be attached.
- The customer(s) is responsible for all return shipping costs if the item(s) do/does not suit their needs and/or likes.Â
- Please contact us and include your order number, purchaser name, a contact name/number/email and the reason for the return. We will give you the return address and other relevant information.
- To cancel an order, it must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of the order being placed.
- We are responsible for what we sell. If the product arrive in damaged or defective conditions. We reserve the right to send a replacement for any damaged item(s) and cover the cost of replacement shipping before we issue a 100%refund. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, contact Customer Service immediately at service@mdecorstudio.com. We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claims made after 5 days will not be accepted.Â
